Makin banana pancakes

If you're looking for a much healthier alternative to pancakes without all the flour and sugar this is it everybody! And they leave you feeling full! I can't rave about these enough 😋

1 c rolled oats

1 banana

1/4 c milk (I used banana flavored almond milk)

1 T apple cider vinegar

2 t baking powder

1 t vanilla extract

1T syrup ( I replaced with date syrup)

Blend all above ingredients till smooth

I topped with bananas, blueberries, almond butter and date syrup.

Yesterday, I had the privilege to to help provide for a fundraiser that means a lot to my family and I. Entrees - $12 single portion
● Smokey apple bbq pulled pork
● Marinated herbed grilled chicken breast
● Chicken Parmigiano
● Homemade Meatballs (plain or w/sauce and cheese)
● *Pasta with red sauce*
● *1 quart of San Marzano marinara*

Salads - $10 Entree size with 3oz dressing
● *Garden Salad with spring mix and fresh veggies
● Caesar Salad with optional anchovies filets

Protein add on $5
● Chicken
● Shrimp
● *Temphe*

Homemade dressings - $5 pints
● Ranch
● Italian
● Caesar
● *Roasted beet*

Vegan Power Bowl $15
● Kale, Roasted beets, broccoli, Quinoa and brown rice, cucumber, temphe, pepitas, roasted beet dressing

Sides - $5
● Creamy macaroni and cheese
● Sweet potato casserole
● *Seasonal vegetables*

First orders will be ready for pick-up July 16th I'll have 2 locations you'll be able to pick up from in Green, Ohio
I will also be able to deliver but there will be a delivery charge based on how far away you are.

Meals will be made fresh and vacuum sealed for ultimate freshness and easy freezing!
