SUNDAY MUSINGS:
I've been reflecting on our journey working with leaders who light the way for others. It's like Rumi said, "Yesterday I was clever, so I wanted to change the world. Today, I am wise, so I am changing myself." That's the heart of what we're all about and learning along the way, how real change starts right where we are, within ourselves, and then ripples out to touch our teams and our entire ecosystem.

In the world we're living in, full of challenges at every turn, we're teaming up with leaders ready to rethink the old "command and control" style and move towards something more human-centered. It's all about taking a good look at how we see leadership and ourselves in that role. How do our own stories and the narratives we tell ourselves shape the way we lead, make decisions, and influence the culture and politics of our workplaces. My upcoming book dives deep into this, encouraging us all to 'rewire' our leadership mindsets.

This journey we're on? It's something we all do together, embracing different viewpoints and learning from each other. As we change, we're not just transforming ourselves but the world around us too.
