May 1st, 2014 - May 1st, 2024 marks 10 years anniversary of the “Empire Services.” Happy 10th to “The Empire Services” which I proudly call my baby
I am so proud of this great enterprise I founded to serve the community. Ten years in service is not an easy thing. It requires self discipline. Being your own boss doesn’t give you a “carte blanche” to do whatever you want/desire to do. Self discipline matters when you don’t have another person over your head to tell you what to do.
How can I take all the credits for these 10 beautiful years? I cannot. These ten years would not have been possible if it were not for my loyal clients/customers. As a business owner, I learn this everyday. There’s no business without customers. That’s why I make customer service one of my pillars in my enterprise.
You made these ten years possible for “The Empire Services.” I don’t see how to thank you really for your loyalty. Thank you, thank you, and thank you again.
The beginning days were not so easy as in anything in life. Many times to pay the office rent and other costs that associated to the office, I had to tap into my little savings to pay them because the business was just not generating a lot to cover those costs.
I never once thought about shutting down "The Empire Services." I had two things that kept me afloat during those difficult early days, self confidence and self determination. I knew what I was capable of. I knew I could be one of the best once people get to know. Not that I'm bragging, but yes today, I am a reference in the community.
A personal advice, do not ever let anyone question your intelligence, your capability because no one knows yourself more than you.
