From the inaugural WSSC Water Rising TIDE...to WSSC Rising Motion, it was a pleasure to be among the FIRST.

After multiple weeks of learning, sharpening, connecting and preparing, CivilityMS has officially completed the inaugural WSSC Water Rising TIDE Contractor Readiness Accelerator.

But we're not simply leaving with a certificate...
CivilityMS is moving forward as a WSSC Water preferred vendor.

Throughout this experience, we focused on what happens AFTER the award...contract performance, operational readiness, capacity, relationships and delivering what you promised.

Labor Day is about people.

After 14 years of building CivilityMS, one lesson I continue to appreciate is that not every problem is betrayal. Good, talented and committed people can make mistakes…and so can leaders.

Leadership is knowing the difference, addressing what needs to be addressed, and continuing to value the people who help make progress possible.

Today, I celebrate the CivilityMS team and hardworking people everywhere who bring their talents, commitment and excellence to the workplace every day.

Today, Civility Management Solutions is celebrating 14 years of impact, integrity, and civility! 🥳

For 14 years, we’ve had the privilege of serving federal, state, and local government and now commercial sectors, in program and financial management; logistics; human capital training; acquisition and administrative support.

This milestone is more than a number. It represents 14 years of partnerships, progress, service, lessons learned, and impact. And we couldn’t have reached it without our incredible employees, clients, partners, and supporters.
