We’re looking for a dependable, hard-working person to join our team as a Field Operations Technician. This is for someone who likes staying busy, working outdoors, solving problems on the fly, and being part of a team.
This position is a mix of hands-on labor and truck operation responsibilities. You’ll help support daily field operations by assisting crews on the ground and operating company trucks when needed.
This is a great fit for someone who likes variety in their workday, enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and is a team player.
𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
Assist with daily field operations and job site work
Operate company trucks and equipment
Help with pumping, deliveries, setup, and service work
Maintain equipment and keep trucks clean and job-ready
Work safely and efficiently as part of a team
Perform physical labor in outdoor environments
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
𝘾𝙡𝙖𝙨𝙨 𝘽 𝘾𝘿𝙇 𝙧𝙚𝙦𝙪𝙞𝙧𝙚𝙙
Ability to perform physical labor and work outdoors in varying weather
Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
Team-player mentality
Mechanical/common-sense skills are a huge plus
Experience in construction, septic, excavation, utilities, or similar industries preferred — but we can train the right person
Work safely, efficiently, and with a good attitude

YOU'LL NEVER GET BORED HERE! Always doing something different.

Normal work week is 7:30 -5:00 (Monday-Friday.) Year round with some emergency work(nights/weekends). Pay is shop to shop all in company truck. Most of our work is local. Paid holidays, vacation and Company paid: dental, vison, and life insurance. Pay will be based on experience and CDL class. We are a family first company and will always work with family schedules.

Welcome to the brand NEW Cloverdale KOA!

The Cloverdale RV Park is under new Ownership and currently transitioning to what will become the Cloverdale KOA. The Carpenter Family, who also own the Award winning Brown County / Nashville KOA, are excited to bring new life back to this storied campground!

We currently offer RV sites as well as amenities such as free WiFi, laundry room, dog walk area, trails, disc golf, a fishing lake, as well as a camp store that is opening soon for all of your camping needs. There are many local dining and attractions nearby in Cloverdale and Greencastle, including the free livestock and horse shows at C Bar C Exposition/Equestrian Center.

We have set out a 5 year plan that includes significant capital improvements to include; 50 amp service, deluxe patio sites, camping cabins, and the great customer service you expect from a KOA. We look forward to meeting you and your family while you stay with us!
