What is Microsoft 365?

Let's talk about passwords. We all know it is much easier to use the same password for multiple sites, but is that really in your best interest? The answer is no, it is not in your best interest. While it will make it easier for you to remember, if one account gets compromised, it makes it much easier to compromise other accounts. Best practice is to use complex passwords that include a capital letter, number, and special character, never use common things like your name, birthday, anniversary, kids names, or pet names, and use different passwords for different sites. If a site offers the option of Two Factor Authentication, opt in as that will provide an additional layer of protection.

What is the difference between an SSD and an HDD (hard disk drive)? An HDD is older technology that uses mechanical platters with a moving read/write head to access data stored on the device. An SSD is newer and faster technology that stores data on instantly accessible memory chips.
Why should I upgrade to an SSD? Upgrading will improve the performance of the hardware which will improve efficiency in the office.

Are you still running Windows 7? If so, your computer and data is vulnerable to malware. Microsoft ended support for Windows 7 in January of 2020.
