Copper theft and damage to communications infrastructure can affect the services local families and businesses rely on.

We’re sharing this request from the Laurel County Sheriff’s Office as they work to identify the individual pictured. Kinetic is also offering a $10,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of individuals responsible for the theft or vandalism of Kinetic copper or fiber infrastructure.

We urge the community to report copper theft immediately to the Laurel County Sheriff's Office or to Kinetic toll free at 1-855-268-2211, Option 1.

Anthony P. started his journey with Kinetic in 2018 as a Customer Service 1 Technician with little experience in the field. Over the years, he has evolved into a leading construction fiber splicer, and is now a Fiber Tech with major input in building out fiber internet service to his community and throughout the state of Georgia.

When a major internet outage occurred in 2025 from a cut main fiber on Highway 81 in Bethlehem, Anthony was the first to the site after being alerted by his Network peers. Calling on the working relationships he had built with his former Construction colleagues, an experienced team of Kinetic technicians was soon busy repairing the damage and restoring service to hundreds of customers, who were grateful for the quick response.

That moment is a snapshot of what Anthony does every day: shows up, builds relationships, and gets it done.

Thank you, Anthony, for being a key anchor in keeping the Kinetic fiber light burning bright and reliable in the Winder market.
