Our business is an essential business serving a wide range of customers that provide essential goods and services. Our technicians have continued to work through the pandemic while abiding by all CDC recommendations and best practices to keep our staff and customer safe and healthy.

Hoist & Crane Technicians travel daily to customers facilities in New England to perform OSHA compliant inspections, perform repairs, install new equipment and troubleshoot brake downs. All travel is done in company vehicles assigned to each technician often leaving from your home straight to job sites.

Requirements:
• Mechanical experience & aptitude
• Electrical experience & aptitude
• Communication skills
• Excellent customer service
• Desire to be a problem solver
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid drivers license
• Ability to work from heights (Ladders & Manlifts)

New England’s leading Industrial Sales & Service Company is seeking to fill a position for a job shop repair mechanic that has the skills to repair electric motors, pumps and gearbox’s. This position requires someone that fits with our company core values: takes a professional approach, leads by example, plays well with others, and demonstrates integrity in their actions.

The ideal candidate will have 5 years experience as an electro-mechanical technician with the ability to use electrical testing, vibration and balancing equipment. Knowledge of welding and fabrication skills as well as millwright skills for field removal and installation of equipment. We are willing to train the right candidate who possesses a strong mechanical aptitude with a willingness to learn and a desire to grow with our company.

Requirements:

-Must have valid drivers license and the ability to obtain DOT medical card

-Must be able to use electrical testing equipment ie; multi-meter, surge tester

-Must be able to use measuring instruments ie; micrometers, calipers, balancing and vibration equipment

-Must be able to inspect, document results and repair AC, DC electric motors, gearboxes and pumps.

-Ability to problem solve in a shop and field environment
Strong work ethic with a sense of urgency is a must

-Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Machinists, welding, and fabricating skills a plus

Pay is commensurate with experience

Michel, I would like to thank you and Paul for the support we received the other night. What seemed liked like a VFD programming issued turned into troubleshooting other problems with our crane.
