We’re thrilled to share that Ope Brewing Co. is expanding to Appleton, WI! Our team has acquired a spacious property in the heart of the Fox Valley, and we’re working hard to bring “Ope North” to life as soon as possible.

This new location will deliver everything you love about Ope Brewing Co.—and more. Alongside our signature craft beers and hard seltzers, we’re excited to introduce hard ciders to our beverage lineup. Wine, cocktails, and mock-tails will continue to be available, ensuring there’s something for everyone.

We’re also staying true to our roots by keeping the food truck format, which allows us to remain the most dog-friendly destination around. Plus, we’re planning a vibrant outdoor space featuring live music, patio seating, volleyball, pickleball, and corn hole.

“Ope North” will also include a second taproom, offering an ideal venue for weddings, corporate events, and private parties making your special occasions even easier to plan and enjoy.

And while we don’t want to give away all our surprises just yet, we’ve got a few more exciting additions we can’t wait for you to experience once we officially open our doors.

We’re beyond excited to bring the Ope Brewing Co. energy to Appleton and the Fox Valley. Stay tuned, and get ready to raise a glass with us soon!

Small space - BIG style. How can 3 people provide great patient service in a 285 SF space? Good flow, ample storage and smart styling makes this tiny audiology clinic feel as big as the hearts of those who work there. What a joy to be able to help make this work for Alliance ENT & Hearing Center.

This newest clinic for Alliance ENT & Hearing Center is one of the most amazing spaces we've tackled so far. Pushing design, pushing materials, pushing the envelope. 28' long floating shelves, an ombre moss trellis wall, big storage - small space, soft-close/open sliding walls, herringbone flooring. We are enamored with how it all came out.
