Last Thursday, Beacon celebrated its 25th anniversary in style with a casino night party!

Our team (plus family and friends) gathered at beautiful Summerfield Farms. We ate, drank, played games, won some great prizes, and had an unforgettable evening of fun, celebrating everything we do that has helped Beacon to grow for the last two-and-half decades and will allow us to continue to thrive in the future.

Plus, at Beacon, every employee gets the day off for their birthday, so it was only right that the entire team had a day off for Beacon's big 25th!

Home run! We were thrilled to be honored by the Triad Business Journal as one of 2023's Best Places to Work! We scored third place in the Small Business category and had a great night visiting the High Point Rockers Stadium along with dozens of other great businesses from the Triad area (including a few of our client partners).

It's always a tremendous honor to be part of this event and to be recognized for all we do to make Beacon a truly great place to work.

Beacon senior partners Tracy and Mark Dirks attended the 30th Anniversary Reception for NC TECH—an advocate championing growth and innovation in North Carolina’s technology and IT industries—at the Governor’s Mansion. CEOs and business leaders from across the state were in attendance, as was Governor Roy Cooper.

Beacon is a long-time sponsor of NC TECH and was a host sponsor of the anniversary event. Mark also just wrapped up a two-year stint as Chairman of the NC TECH board and remains an active member of the organization. We’re proud to be part of North Carolina’s IT business community, helping to increase the diversity of workers in the tech field (did you know that NC is 2nd nationwide for women in tech?) and making our state a leader in technology and IT.

Congrats to NC TECH on 30 years!
