This picture was of a job where a customer could not get a heating element on it his flat top stove I found out once I was on the scene that the infinite switch had completely failed unfortunately the unit was extremely old and the updated part did not quite fit what the connections from the original that I was trying to replace but luckily the insurance company that I did the job for covered that repair so we ended up passing out a new one so they can have full stove functionality

Pictures from a job where the customer stated that the stove burner was not heating once I got into the unit I found that a connection burnt off due to use and replaced it with a new element and fix the wire a little bit before Thanksgiving last year so we saved the day another successful job in the books

A picture of a condemned Samsung unit sometimes the refrigerator ice maker in Samsung French door units the back panel will show signs of deterioration after the components on the inside break down and cause oxidation and rust there is little to be done to fix this unit and that's why it's condemned eventually if unchecked or still in use it will cause a Perpetual leak that will either stop cooling all together or cause a puddle of water to form and mix with the metal in the back and cause Brown rust stains on the floor where the refrigerator sits

This is a product tag of a whirlpool top loader washing machine the issue with this one is that it had two problems one it would never fully spin out the clothes and the second off balance load that shook the chassis when in use I checked the error codes listed and I got those two specific codes I replaced the shift actuator as well as the suspension rods and called the customer back within a week and she told me that everything was working just fine and dandy another successful job in the books

Photo from a Samsung French door refrigerator I was called out on it has one of the classic issues with that type of unit the first being intermittent cool and water leakage in the fresh food section usually caused by a faulty heater or a faulty Samsung drainage tube which constitutes a changing of the evaporator panel as well as the defrost sensor and updating the leak kit where the condenser sits

Hey dish wash your job I was recently on customer was explaining to me that they have leaks during the cycle I ran the cycle and watch water drip from the side I adjusted the door panel and customer ran the cycle after I depart it and reported that there seems to be no further issue another successful job in the books

A dryer repair job in the picture and connection has burnt off and made contact with the metal chassis of the blower housing causing the dryer to cut off during the cycle because of the broken connection to the operating thermostat replaced with a new one and in the video you can see the unit up and running as it's supposed to another successful job in the books
