DESCRIPTION
CASTLE SNOWS ORGANIZATIONS, is looking for a Business Associate, to begin functioning as an Appointment Setter/Telemarketer to make outbound calls to generate qualified appointments and leads for our Client Firms as well in house operations. CSO handles multiple contracts acquisition at a time.

Candidates will be provided a script, and access to a Google Sheet, and knowledge of thats particular company, we are working in behalf of. Cold-calling is required.

While we are not looking to close sales over the phone, you will possibly be given the opportunity to sell or acquire contracts in the future.

EDUCATION
Must have high school diploma or equivalent G.E.D. Excellent organizational skills, including follow-up and accountability. Professional customer satisfaction skills needed to maintain or develop positive customer relationships, internal and external.Excellent oral and written communication skills and include effective listening. Good attendance record. Attention to detail is critical with all levels within an organization
