Join us in welcoming Ruby Yanez to NAWIC Piedmont Chapter! Ruby is the President of Cisco Site Services, a woman-owned demolition contractor based in Winston-Salem, NC. As a mother of two wonderful children, she balances her family life with her passion for construction. With a background in Criminal Studies and Sociology from Salem College, Ruby brings a unique perspective to her work.

Ruby leads Cisco Site Services as a demolition contractor on residential, commercial, healthcare, university, and NCDOT projects, with the unwavering support of her husband. She is deeply committed to safety, quality, and creating a lasting community impact. Ruby takes pride in making a positive difference through her business while staying actively involved in her local community.

She embodies our mission, as she builds, leads, and succeeds in the construction industry!
