2 things you can do to help a tech in your house!

1. Once he/she starts working- get out of sight but not out of hearing distance (do not be conversative while they work).

2. DON'T GO NEAR THEIR TOOL BAG! Don't get close to it, don't hover over it, don't pull tools out of it, don't use it for storage*, don't carry stuff over it*, don't even compliment it, just stay away from it.

Not such a common issue on a Samsung. But there is the leak. Gas Co. had red tagged it.

"We had a guy out to look at our fridge and he told us the obvious. He stood us up for a return trip and now we can't get ahold of him."

"Let me talk to my husband about it"

"Hello, calling you back. We talked and with the fee plus whatever else we may have into it we decided not to have you come out."

Right. You got the low cost guy the first time. Took your money and now you want someone who is reliable to come out for less than a reasonable rate.

The dollar certainly doesn't go as far as it used to. But wasting money on a guy to tell you a story isn't how to save money. Call a company with good reviews, that actually has reasonable rates. Not cheap rates.
