It’s often the most innocent of events that present the most security dangers. Domestic incidents are a huge risk to events, especially family-friendly events like this. In fact only 1% of gun deaths are mass shootings, while 37% are related to homicide. While it’s important to consider an active shooter plan while planning your event security, don’t forget about domestic violence as well.
