Winter camp and property checks available. With strong winter winds, extreme cold and lots of snow i can provide you with peace of mind that your Moosehead area camp or second home is being watched over.

Camp checks service includes:

EXTERIOR
- General grounds check for:
- trespassing, vandalism
- tree/storm/wind damage
- utilities (electric/cable lines)
- roof snow load
- animal/rodent activity
- building security
- Dock check

INTERIOR
- Check for rodent or insect presence/activity
- Check for water intrusion (roof or basement)
- Check freeze damage
- Check windows/doors secured
- rotate lights on/off if desired
- Check oil/propane levels

Island properties are our specialty.

I'm fully insured and bonded and can provide references if desired.

Two sunken boats raised within a week(this was today's job.
The winds and large/frequent wakes from holiday boat traffic after heavy rain caused them to swamp. Was able to use the pontoon workboat to cradle the boats lifting gunwhales high enough out of the water to manually bail them out.

Also providing island service water transport of propane tanks, debris removal, appliance/larger item and building material delivery in the lower moosehead lake region with our 24' pontoon work boat. Give us a call or message us here to discuss your remote island needs!

We offer winter vacant camp or rental checks in the Moosehead Lake area. Let us provide peace of mind while you are away!
This service includes: General overall grounds check for trespassing, storm damage, roof damage, rodent damage, water damage, flood damage, dock damage, any potential tree damage and exterior camp/out building security.
We check interior for insect/rodent or water intrusion. Check for excessive snow load on your roof. Check fuel levels (oil, propane) or any potential issues.
Checks can be upon request, scheduled or only after severe weather here in the Moosehead region.
