Winter camp and property checks available. With strong winter winds, extreme cold and lots of snow i can provide you with peace of mind that your Moosehead area camp or second home is being watched over.

Camp checks service includes:

EXTERIOR
- General grounds check for:
- trespassing, vandalism
- tree/storm/wind damage
- utilities (electric/cable lines)
- roof snow load
- animal/rodent activity
- building security
- Dock check

INTERIOR
- Check for rodent or insect presence/activity
- Check for water intrusion (roof or basement)
- Check freeze damage
- Check windows/doors secured
- rotate lights on/off if desired
- Check oil/propane levels

Island properties are our specialty.

I'm fully insured and bonded and can provide references if desired.
