The momentum has begun!

We delivered our first school’s curriculum yesterday and did our “train the teacher” session on how to implement The Potential Project!

There was excitement in the room as the timeline, workbooks, infographics and videos were rolled out.
People shared stories of how knowing and using their CliftonStrengths has benefited their own careers.

But my favorite quote of the afternoon was “this is going to be transformational for our middle schoolers”.

And we can’t wait to hear the stories.

Leadership isn't just about the impact you make today—it's about the legacy you leave for tomorrow.
A lasting legacy isn't built through recognition or titles. It's built by creating the conditions for people, teams, and organizations to continue thriving long after you're gone.

The strongest leaders aren't remembered because they sought the spotlight—they're remembered because they helped others shine.

What kind of legacy are you building? Drop your answers below! 👇

While visibility can be valuable, it can also create an unintended question for leaders.
It may be time for you to ask yourself:

Am I making decisions to be noticed, or am I making decisions that will matter years from now?

Traci recently had the privilege of partnering with Prisma Health – Roger C. Peace Rehabilitation Hospital to guide their team through the CliftonStrengths® experience.

When people understand their own strengths—and learn to recognize the strengths of those around them—they communicate more effectively, collaborate with greater confidence, and build stronger teams.

We're honored to support organizations like Prisma Health as they invest in their people and create workplaces where everyone has the opportunity to thrive.

This month, we're taking a deeper dive into a question every leader should ask: Are you building a reputation—or a legacy?

True legacy isn't about titles, recognition, or being remembered. It's about developing people, creating healthy cultures, and building organizations that continue to thrive because of your leadership.

In our latest blog, we explore how leaders can shift their focus from short-term recognition to long-term impact—and why that mindset changes everything.

Because the greatest measure of leadership isn't what happens while you're in the room—it's what continues after you've left it.

At HPA, we value collaboration. Our team had the privilege of collaborating with Kim, along with Laura, Traci, Tina, and Emma, to write and build our CliftonStrengths curriculum for students—designed to help them truly discover their strengths and unlock their potential.

Grateful for the shared work that supports students in better understanding who they are and what they do best.

What matters most in community leadership?

Trust. Action. Communication. Inclusion.

The truth is, strong communities need all four—but leaders often have to decide where to focus first.
So we’re curious: which one do you believe has the biggest impact on building a strong community?

Organizations like United Way, Habitat for Humanity, the Greenville Chamber, Public Education Partners, Upstate Warrior Solution, and countless others are doing extraordinary work every day.

They are creating real impact where it matters most.

It’s an honor to partner with leaders who are committed to unlocking potential—not just in theory, but in action.

Your leadership doesn’t stay in one room.

The way you lead at work doesn’t stop when the meeting ends—it moves with people into their conversations, their decisions, their families, and even their communities.

Leaders influence teams → teams influence families → families influence schools → and schools shape entire communities.

That’s the ripple effect of leadership.

Every interaction is a chance to either strengthen or weaken that ripple.
