This is one of his notable go-kart victories in 2025, showcasing the final laps. Leading the race, he encountered slow karts. The lead was lost with one lap remaining. However, the new leader struggled to pass those same slow karts, allowing Carter to capitalize on the opportunity and regain the lead with half a lap to spare.

The 2026 Winter Heat Series at Charlotte Motor Speedway (NC) will have three road course layouts for the different divisions. Legends Young Lions, Semi-Pro, Pro, and Masters will all race on the ROVAL with a mandatory 3.58 gear. Bandolero Bandits, Outlaws, and Legends Chargers will race on the inner course. Beginner Bandoleros will race on the inner short course. See the image for the track maps.

The Winter Heat Series takes place January 16 – 18 and 23 – 25. Legends Nation will be on site with our unique LN Event Coverage (link in comments). Which course are you looking forward to racing?
