It was an honor for our CEO, Derrick Murdock, to be asked to share a few words at Packaging Distributors of America’s 20th Anniversary event at The Ritz-Carlton, Dove Mountain in Marana, Arizona.

Held May 31 through June 4, the event brought together independent packaging distributors from across the PDA network to celebrate two decades of partnership, growth, and shared purpose.

Derrick was especially thankful to speak as PDA also celebrated the retirement of George Strobel, President/CEO of PDA. George founded PDA in 2006 with the vision of giving independent packaging distributors a platform to share, grow, and learn while strengthening their position in a global market.

We are grateful for George’s leadership, vision, and lasting impact on the packaging industry, and we congratulate PDA on 20 years of helping independent distributors grow stronger together.
