Innovation is about never being satisfied.

It's starts by questioning we are doing the things we do.

And then figuring out how we can solve the same problems in a better, more efficient way.

Asking the first question to an existing process is scary. Backing up new ideas is takes a lot of work.

But what I love about innovation is the reward that comes from making the effort:
-Solve a problem in 2 hours with AI that would have taken 2 weeks manually => the ultimate dopamine hit!
-Better yet, completely automate a process that you previously managed interns to do
-Worse case scenario, you learned something new that will pay dividends in the future
