The meaningful life is one in which we have depth in connection and community with others, the capacity to pursue our dreams (whatever they may be), and the internal and external support to meet our own needs in the world and in our relationships. I believe self-awareness is key to the pursuit of these things - in other words, the meaningful life or the life worth living. I want to facilitate self

-awareness and congruence in my clients such that who they are on the inside matches who they are in the world, and support them in making their lives as meaningful as possible. I act mainly as a mirror but also as a coach, reflecting blind-spots my clients may not know they have, and helping them remove the roadblocks that stand in the way of them being the person they want to be. This work inherently deepens their relationships with themselves and with others.
