CHARGING PORT PROBLEMS???
Almost daily, we are contacted by individuals who are having charging port issues. Either they have to wiggle, turn, or tie the charging cable just right to make the phone charge properly. STOP!!! Charging port are VERY durable! They can be damaged, but it is difficult to damage them. Literally 9 times out of 10 the issue is a dirty charging port. Debris gets into the port and then packed in everytime you plug in the cable in the phone. Just using canned air will NOT dislodge the debris. Follow this Youtube video that I made for my customers.
