Appliance Sales and Dispatch Specialist - 35 hrs/wk, No Evenings or Weekends, Paid Time Off

As our Appliance Sales and Dispatch Specialist, you’ll have 2 key areas of responsibility including retail sales of appliances in our store and scheduling appliance repairs for in-home services.
For retail sales, you’ll assist customers in finding the appliances that suit their needs, update pricing and displays, and keep the store clean and sanitized. For scheduling repair services, you’ll coordinate between our service team and customers and ensure expectations and service appointments are clearly communicated.
Joining the Jacksons team, you can expect:
* Part-time work hours of Monday through Friday, 10:00 am - 5:00 pm, with a 1 hour PAID lunch break daily
* Work location is in our retail store where we sell refrigerators, washers, dryers, and ranges

Qualifications:
* Previous customer service, retail, or sales experience, preferred
* Must have great communication skills in person, written, and on phone
* Must have strong computer and organization skills
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Must be able to multitask efficiently and handle adversity calmly
* Knowledge of appliances (will train the right person)

Pay: $13.95/hour for first 60 days, with potential for performance-based raise
