Next up on the HOMEstretch Friday Spotlight is the one and only Andrew Carter!

As our Business Development Manager, Andrew drives our growth across the Greenville and Spartanburg markets. Born and raised in Greer, he’s a true local who spent 15 years building and running his own successful coffee business. After selling his company, Andrew joined the HOMEstretch team in June, bringing that same entrepreneurial drive and a massive heart for helping people. Whether he’s consulting with Realtors or sellers to ensure homes sell for top dollar, his passion for serving clients shines through everything he does.

When he’s not building relationships or at consultations, Andrew is a devoted husband to his wife, Becca, and dad to their son, Drew. On the weekends, you’ll find him packing up the camper for a trip into the mountains, hitting the golf course, or (fun fact) taking to the skies as a licensed pilot. We weren’t kidding when we said he might be the most interesting man in the Upstate.

Welcome to HOMEstretch’s Friday Spotlights! A new series where we spotlight people and Realtors in the upstate of South Carolina.

For our first spotlight, we wanted to introduce you to the man who keeps your projects running on time and quality at the highest level, our Project Manager Lathan.

Though born and raised in South Carolina. Lathan joined us at the beginning of 2026 after moving to the upstate from a four year stint in Florida, where he managed the Parts and Services department of a boat dealership.
When Lathan isn’t checking in on projects and connecting with our vendors, he likes to spend time with his Siberian Husky Dax, exercise on the Swamp Rabbit Trail, spend time downtown, and hang out with his family. He never meets a stranger and doesn’t leave a job site until all of our clients are satisfied. If you see him around town in the big white HOMEstretch truck honk your horn and say hello!
