🌞 Summer Snack Fun at Kay’s Companion Care! 🌞

One of our favorite healthy snack ideas is a DIY Trail Mix Station! It’s a fun activity that encourages choice, creativity, and healthy eating for kids and adults alike.

We fill our jars with:
🥜 Nuts & seeds
🍫 No-sugar dark chocolate
🍓 Dried fruits
🥥 Coconut flakes
🍯 Honey or maple syrup for a little sweetness

Everyone gets to create their own unique mix—because there are endless trail mix possibilities!

And it’s not just for snack time here at Kay’s Companion Care. I love making to-go trail mix cups for my hubby to keep in his work van for a quick, nutritious snack during busy days. 🚐💙
