We’re thrilled to welcome Erica Carvin to The Sletten Group! Erica joined us this past fall, bringing over a decade of experience in the dental community, including her role as Director of Membership for the Colorado Dental Association (CDA). She understands the unique needs and challenges new dentists face as they transition from dental school to practice life and is particularly passionate about working with young dentists.

Erica holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and a Certificate in Criminal Justice from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, along with a degree in Meeting and Event Management. Outside of work, she enjoys cycling, skiing, traveling, and spending time with her husband and two sons in Colorado’s great outdoors.
