Median prices declined slightly in July, down 2.26% for detached homes and 2.50% for attached homes; however, these modest dips are also in line with seasonal patterns. The overall economic and consumer environment has experienced significant uncertainty in 2025, which is reflected in the real estate market.

This November was busy at the closing table with 10% more home sales than we saw last year. The median closed price rose 3% to $580,000 thanks in part to more activity in the luxury market. Shoppers executed contracts on 3,076 listings in November, a 24% increase compared to this time last year, indicating a steady market and growing buyer confidence.
