It’s 7:44AM and this boy is ready to play basketball, by himself, on his broken goal. He plays basketball when it is raining, whether it is hot or cold, whether anyone guards him or not. He just loves playing and will put in the reps to get better.
I hope everyone finds their love of something so much that they wake up and just want to get out there to do it.

Posting has slowed for me but I make time for a gratitude practice and ask myself, “what’s saving my life right now?”.

This quarter it’s gym time with my husband, children’s books and sharing my Spotify account with my boys. Read my blog post for why.
