Orders are placed in the bin in numerical order and will make it so much easier and faster to find your order.

Printed apparel
Just a little bit of info i would like to put out there. Everything that we produce out of our shop is custom made to order. So therefor it does take a little bit of time to produce those products on finished printed apparel. We typically are not a same day or next day shop just because the volume that we do. We do not want to rush jobs as thats when quality can go down and mistakes can happen. We always ask for a 1 week turnaround time for bulk orders and of coarse if we are done sooner than that then we will ALWAYS let you know. We do not ever sit on finished jobs and not let you know. If you have not got the notification that your order is ready for pickup or has shipped then the order is still being worked on. We take your deadlines very seriously we just ask you give us that time allowed to be able to finish the job.

Now if you have a rush job for printed apparel we will always try to work that into our schedule and let you know if we can make sure that your order will be done in time. We always squeeze in the orders where people just need a small amount of shirts and we love doing those for you. And yes we will still do just one single shirt orders!

We know you are excited to get your orders and we are just as excited to get them to you. I promise that we stress way more than you do about turnaround times.

Transfers
If you are a transfer customer you know our turnaround times are some of the best and we strive to be on that same day orders when ordered by 2pm. We hit that 99.9% of the time and will continue to invest in our company to make sure it stays that way. These turnaround times are for orders placed online. If you email us orders where we are building your gang sheets same day is always our goal but that is not promised.

Good Wednesday morning,
Thank you all for being understanding and knowing that we are 99% of the time always same day pickup and ran a little behind yesterday. We for sure was not expecting that stack of orders yesterday and we tried our best to work through them as quickly as we could. We will be getting those finished up today and ready for pickup or shipping.

We have been here at the shop getting an early start. You guys killed it with the sale over the weekend. You guys saved close to $1,600 by using the discount code. We are so happy that puts more profit in your pocket.
We ask that you bare with us today as we work our way through all the orders. We will be marking them ready throughout the day and you will receive the pickup notification like normal the second that it is ready.
If you have not received the pickup email your order is not yet ready as we are working through them as quickly as possible.

We know the pickup bins are full every day and it can be hard to find your order. But if you look at your invoice number that you are picking up all orders are in the bin are in numerical order from left to right. You will be able to find your order very quickly that way. ๏ฟผ

LABOR DAY WEEKEND Update
We will be closed and no printing Sat-Sun-Mon for the Labor Day holiday.
And yes we will be having a transfer sale all weekend long on all transfers.
We will be doing 25% off all gang sheets so stock up on the holiday transfers at a nice savings! We will post the discount code on Friday for everyone!
