Last week, we were thrilled to be at Delaware Municipal Electric Cooperation in Dover, DE to lead a Tennessee Valley Public Power Association, Inc. class, Interpersonal Supervisory Skills II. The group activity is to highlight not being hemmed in by parameters we set for ourselves, but rather to think outside the box. That combined with strong team discussions help put your skills in practice, which means the student is more likely to take what they've learned back to their real-world situations.
