Another week of work wrapped up at Grand Holland Social Club and their new cafe that opened up this week Camellia Cottage with a new road sign, banners, and a small store front sign on the cafe. These turned out great and we are grateful for their continued business.

We’re excited to share the first completed sign for The Grand Holland Social Club — the Camellia Cottage sign!

This is just the first piece of a larger signage project we’re working on for them, so there’s plenty more to come. We’re grateful for the opportunity to be a part of bringing their vision together and are looking forward to sharing the rest as the project continues.

Stay tuned!

A big thank-you to Shady Grove HOA for trusting us with their new entrance sign!

This was a true start-to-finish project for The Steadman Sign Co. We fabricated the steel column structure, installed the sign, laid the stone veneer, and brought every detail together to create a welcoming entrance for the community.

Some parts of this project pushed us into new territory, but we embraced the challenge, learned along the way, and are proud of the finished result.

We truly appreciate Shady Grove for giving us the opportunity to create such an important feature for their community. We hope residents enjoy it and take pride in it for many years to come!

Thank you again for the opportunity and for trusting us with your vision.

It was truly a privilege to recreate the entrance sign for Old Mill Estates III.

The neighborhood entrusted us with the task of replacing an aging redwood sign that had welcomed residents and visitors since the community was first established. Our goal was to honor the character and history of the original while providing a fresh, updated look that will serve the neighborhood for years to come.

We hope this new sign brings renewed curb appeal to the entrance and continues to be a source of pride for the residents of Old Mill Estates III.

Thank you to the HOA and residents for the opportunity to be a part of this project!

Was never really a fan, but you still have to recognize the legendary status of Kyle Busch. One of the all-time greats and a true racer. A legend gone too soon from the era we all grew up watching.

We’re proud to help our friends at Foothills Golf Carts get their new delivery truck all branded up and ready to hit the road!

From helping with the design process to getting everything installed, it was great getting to work with them again. We always appreciate the opportunity to help local businesses stand out and represent their brand in a big way.

Be sure to check them out for all your golf cart needs!
