The customer service representative (CSR) responsibilities include answering phone and responding to customer inquiries, updating customers on part status, reminder calls of appointments and other customer claim tasks. Must be knowledgeable working on computer, customer oriented with patience to spare, telephone etiquette.The working hours are Monday- Friday 9 am-5pm.
