Meet the Hearts of IMPACT ๐Ÿงก and join us in welcoming Troy Ingram to the Impact team! ๐Ÿ‘

Troy joins us as an Operations Manager supporting our client site in Muncie, Indiana.

While he may be new to Impact Workforce Solutions, heโ€™s certainly not new to the operation. Troy most recently served on the onsite Security Team, where many of our Impact team members had the opportunity to work alongside him and experience his leadership firsthand.

His familiarity with the site, understanding of day-to-day operations, and established relationships with both client and Impact personnel make him a natural fit for this role. Troy already understands the pace, expectations, and culture of the environment โ€” positioning him to make an immediate impact from day one.

No words can truly express the gratitude that comes with our freedom. The souls who stood up to serve and protect our great nation are true patriots and heroes. This Memorial Day, we honor the brave men and women who gave their lives for our country and pray for the families who carry their memory every day.

What people may not know about our Executive V-P of Franchise Development at iBoost Talentโ€ฆ

Billโ€™s story is built on resilience, relationships, and passion.

A โ€œYankee by birthโ€ from Connecticut and a proud Floridian from Miami โ€œby the Grace of God,โ€ Bill has spent a lifetime building experiences that shaped the leader he is today.

Heโ€™s been married to his wife Beth for 35 years, is the proud father of twins, Will and Lauren, and a 2-time cancer survivor who approaches life with gratitude, perspective, and heart.

Before leadership roles and franchise development, Bill started working at just 14 years old at a Shell gas station. Through high school, he parked cars as a valet and even drove a beer truck. In his younger years, he raced motorcycles competitively, winning two Florida district championships in Enduro and Hare Scrambles.

And music? Thatโ€™s his soul food.

From playing trumpet in school and garage bands to attending nearly 600 live concerts over the last 50 years, music has always been part of who he is.
