Timing and what to expect

The new law is expected to go into effect as of 7/1/2020. IF it all goes according to plan, you should be able to make your choices 30 to 60 days prior to that.

Don’t wait until June to understand and make decisions. This is critically important to your financial security, and more importantly to your personal health!
