One of the biggest shifts I see in successful therapists isn't their clinical skillset. It's how they think.

I had a coaching call with a therapist who was thrilled about being selected as a featured presenter for a large corporate event.

As she talked about preparing her presentation, I found myself asking a different set of questions:

➡️ How will you capture content from this event?
➡️ Can you get a testimonial from the organizer?
➡️ Will they feature you on their email list?
➡️ Can you use their logo on your website?
➡️ Could this become a recurring partnership?
➡️ How will you collect leads?
➡️ Can this become a signature presentation you pitch elsewhere?

So many therapists focus on the opportunity itself. Entrepreneurs focus on the opportunity behind the opportunity.

One speaking engagement can become:
✨ New clients
✨ Consulting contracts
✨ Additional speaking engagements
✨ Strategic partnerships
✨ Greater authority in your niche
