Congratulations to chapter member Justus Sharp on being selected as a FirstHome IQ Ambassador! 🎉

For more than 20 years, Justus has been helping individuals and families navigate the path to homeownership. In this new ambassador role, he will help expand access to financial literacy education, credit and budgeting resources, and first-time homebuyer education through FirstHome IQ, a nonprofit focused on preparing future homeowners for success.

Education is one of the most powerful tools for creating opportunity, and we're excited to see the positive impact Justus will continue to make in our community.

I am honored to share that I have been selected as a FirstHome IQ Ambassador!

For more than 20 years, my passion has never been just about mortgages—it's been about helping families build wealth, create stability, and achieve the dream of homeownership. Becoming a FirstHome IQ Ambassador allows me to expand that mission by helping educate the next generation on financial literacy, credit, budgeting, and the path to owning a home. FirstHome IQ is a nonprofit dedicated to making financial education and first-time homebuyer education more accessible for future homeowners.

Too many people believe they need 20% down, perfect credit, or that homeownership is simply out of reach. The truth is that education creates opportunity, and opportunity changes lives. FirstHome IQ exists to close those knowledge gaps and help future buyers move forward with confidence.
