Can I ask an honest question?
Why do so many people expect a business owner to come out, spend their time looking over your project, put together a detailed quote, and then expect them to be the cheapest one around?
If your main concern is finding the lowest price, then quality probably isn’t your priority.
Good work isn’t cheap, and cheap work usually isn’t good.
You’re not just paying for the hour someone is at your house. You’re paying for their experience, equipment, insurance, fuel, supplies, and the confidence that the job will be done right the first time.
As a business owner, I’m not trying to be the cheapest. I’m trying to be someone you can trust to show up, do quality work, and stand behind it.
So here’s my question: When you’re hiring someone, what’s more important to you—getting the cheapest price, or getting the job done right?
