This role is responsible for set up and operating computer numerical control (CNC) and/or manual Bridgeport machines to machine parts with no assistance. Machining of tooling, production parts, and fixtures within the confines of scheduled delivery dates and customer satisfactions.

Position requirements include 2 or more years of related experience, knowledge and understanding of machining concepts, the ability to read and comprehend a variety of instruction including blue prints and diagrams, and knowledge of operating and comprehending inspection tools to ensure quality and conformance.

The machinist must be able to communicate with co-workers regarding production runs, maintains a safe, organized and clean work environment. The machinist will also assist with assembly depending on the need of the production schedule.
