The new Gen2 is a modernized, streamlined slurry pump with the same pressure rating and hydraulic performance as its predecessor.

It features:

-A fully integrated expeller design; special bearing assemblies and expeller plates are no longer needed for expeller use

-Front pull-out shaft design that allows seals and stuffing boxes to be changed without removing the hub side casing or bearing assembly

For 13 years, Shannon James has built a career fueled by curiosity, growth, and a willingness to embrace new opportunities.

She began at KSB GIW, Inc. as a temporary employee in Document Control, and her drive to learn quickly expanded into SAP, bills of materials, routings, and the production systems behind operations. Her journey took her to Canada for eight months in Customer Service, giving her valuable insight into the sales and customer side of the business.

In her current role as Manufacturing Systems Administrator, Shannon supports nearly every area of operations and bridges the gap between production and IT.

She’s proud to be part of KSB GIW, Inc. because the company has continually supported her growth, from expanding her responsibilities to helping her earn her bachelor’s degree through tuition reimbursement.
