For the 5200 Series, “adjustability” refers to its in-frame horizontal adjustment feature. It’s designed to make alignment fast and forgiving during installation.

What it does:

Lets you shift the strike opening side-to-side about 1/4" inside the frame after the strike is mounted.

Aligns the keeper pocket with the latchbolt so the door latches and releases smoothly, even if the frame or hardware isn’t perfectly positioned.
