WELCOME NEW MEMBER!

Healdsburg Property Management has been practicing property management in Sonoma County for 30 years. Healdsburg Property Management has managed and performed successful tenant placements for thousands of property owners over our years in business and represents many millions of dollars in assets. In all this time we have managed to stay away from eviction court save a handful of times, a very high success rate due to our carefully crafted qualifying guidelines for new residents. From October 17–25, Sonoma County is celebrating Black Cod Week, a delicious countywide event highlighting locally caught black cod and supporting our hardworking local fishing community! With fishing seasons and opportunities facing challenges, this is a tasty way to support our local fishermen while discovering just how delicious our coastal catch can be. 🌊❤️

Our Lower Russian River community suffered an enormous loss this week with the sudden passing of Tom O’Bryan. An absolute beacon of joy, Tom created a place where so many of us have shared stories, food and laughter.

Our hearts are with the The Blue Heron family, the Duncans Mills community, and everyone across the Lower Russian River who is grieving the loss of Tom. He will be deeply missed, and the place he created will always be part of what makes this community so special.

We will share ways to support the people involved in this tragic accident and their families. Let’s show off the community compassion that defines this area over the coming weeks to show all the love and support we can.
