She fed our minds and our stomachs! 🥪🫐❤️

Thank you to Iram Nelson of Wellness Journey with Iram for another engaging presentation! Iram shared how she helps people take a realistic, sustainable approach to their health and wellness goals—and she made sure no one had to learn on an empty stomach.

The delicious spread was such a thoughtful touch and a perfect example of putting wellness into practice. Thank you, Iram, for sharing your knowledge, your energy, and the food with Rise & Thrive Connectors!

New to Trustco Bank, but no stranger to helping people achieve their goals! 👏

Thank you to Radhames De La Cruz for presenting to Rise & Thrive Connectors last week! We enjoyed learning more about his experience, his role at Trustco, and the commitment to helping others that he brings to this new chapter.

Our weekly presentations help us get to know the people behind the businesses and understand how we can support them through meaningful connections and referrals. Thank you for sharing with us, Rad! ❤️

Counting from 1 to 100 sounds easy… until the numbers are scattered all over the page! 🔢😂

Last week, Laura Grippin, CPA with BST-Gallagher Flynn, put Rise & Thrive Connectors to the test with an interactive numbers game. Finding the numbers in order was a challenge—but once we divided the page into quadrants, the task became much easier!

Same numbers. Same goal. A different perspective. 💡

It was a great reminder that breaking a challenge into smaller pieces and changing how we approach it can make a big difference—in business and beyond.

Thank you, Laura, for getting everyone involved and giving us a fresh way to look at the challenges in front of us! ❤️
