In this 7-minute video, Nancy Milan introduces Sofie, their new virtual assistant, to the people on her team who will train Sofie at CogUniversity - the world's first university for training machines instead of people.

CogUniversity overcomes 2 of the major hurdles preventing widespread enterprise AI adoption:

1) gaining employee buy-in during training, and
2) giving non-IT staff control over their digital coworker.

Hillsborough County Tax Collector Nancy Milan launched Sofie, their CogBot digital employee in late 2021.

Since then, Sofie has learned new skills at CogUniversity - including record lookup, payments, appointment booking, and a machine learning-based Vehicle Registration and Title Fee estimator.
