🚨 HURRICANE ISAIAS – OFFICE CLOSURE & STORM PREPARATION 🌀

Due to the approaching Hurricane Isaias, Modern Signs will be closed tomorrow, Saturday, and Sunday to ensure the safety of our team and their families.

As everyone prepares for the storm, we want to share a few important tips to help protect your signage and make the recovery process easier should any damage occur.

⚡ DIGITAL SIGN OWNERS: Please leave the power ON to your digital signs and DO NOT cover the LED face. Covering the display can trap heat and potentially cause damage.

📸 TAKE BEFORE PHOTOS: We strongly encourage all customers to take plenty of clear photos of their signs BEFORE the storm arrives. Having these photos for your records can be extremely helpful in documenting any storm damage and expediting potential insurance claims.

🛠️ NEED SIGN REPAIRS AFTER THE STORM?

If your sign sustains damage during the hurricane, Modern Signs will be ready to assist as soon as conditions are safe.

Please send us the following information:
- Business Name
- Business Address
- Contact Name & Phone Number
- Photos of the Damage

📧 Email: [email protected]

💬 Facebook Messenger: You can also message us directly here on Facebook with the same information.

❤️ We sincerely hope all of these preparations turn out to be nothing more than precautions. However, if the storm does cause damage, please know that the Modern Signs team is ready to help our local businesses get back up and running as quickly as possible.

Stay safe, prepare early, and take care of one another!

New Sign Installation!

We recently had the pleasure of completing a new signage project for The Gulf Shores Store!

We installed two sets of illuminated channel letters along with a custom blade sign to help give their new storefront a fresh, eye-catching look — day and night!

We’re proud to help local businesses stand out and make their mark in our community. If you’re in Gulf Shores, be sure to stop by The Gulf Shores Store and support a local business!

Thanks to Lisette and Mary Beth for trusting us with your signage!

Another project wrapped up in Gulf Shores!

We recently completed the design and installation of new signage for three adjoining businesses on West Beach Blvd:

🍌 Sweets Ahoy Banana Bar
🍿 POP
🍨 Coastal Cone

For this project, our team brought each brand to life with a combination of channel letters, blade signs, awnings, and interior signage, creating a cohesive look while giving each business its own unique identity.

We’re proud of how this project came together and love seeing these spaces come to life! A big thank-you to everyone involved in making it happen.

Have a new business, remodel, or signage project coming up? Let’s make your vision stand out!

Sometimes a little facelift is all that’s needed to make your sign look virtually brand new.

This pylon sign went from worn and weathered to clean, vibrant, and eye-catching—all without a full replacement. Refinishing is a cost-effective way to extend the life of your signage while restoring its impact.

If your sign is starting to show its age, it might just need the right touch to bring it back to life. Reach out to learn how we can help transform your existing sign into something you’re proud to display.

🇺🇸 🇺🇸 Today, Modern Signs proudly honors all veterans. We thank you for your service, sacrifice, and dedication to preserving the freedoms we enjoy every day! 🇺🇸🇺🇸

We honor our founder and grandfather, Dick Armstrong, who served in the United States Air Force and was a World War II veteran. We know he would be so proud to have been part of this project that we recently completed at the Veteran's Memorial in Orange Beach, AL. This project is especially meaningful to us as we honor him and all Veterans on this special day.
God Bless America! ❤️🤍💙
