From a Pocket Dictionary to an Empire.

Welcome to the page.
If you don't know me, my name is Jesse Seale.
Over the last 17 years, I have built and operated more than 8 multi-million dollar companies in the construction, retail, and investment sectors.
But I didn't start with a degree. I didn't start with investors.

I started my professional career at age 14, working full-time for $50 a day just to help support my mother and sister.
I had zero education. I could barely read, and I couldn't spell to save my life. Back then, I carried a little dictionary in my pocket every single day. When I needed to write an estimate or a bid, I would look up the words one by one and copy them down.

I fought for every inch of ground I gained.
Why I Started This Page:
I created "The Uneducated Entrepreneur" to be the mentor I never had.
I meet too many people who think they can't start a business because they don't have a college degree or a bank loan. I am living proof that you don't need those things. You need ambition, faith, and the right tools.

What Is Coming:
In the coming days, I am going to share the exact blueprint I used to scale my companies.
The software that runs my operations.
The systems I use to get leads.
The lessons I learned the hard way so you don't have to.
I’m pulling back the curtain on everything.

Today, December 27th, marks exactly two years since I lost my mother.

Two years ago today is when my life fell apart.
In between that two-year timeframe, I’ve lost my mother. I took a financial hit of a quarter-million dollars. I lost a big part of my company. My fiancé of 12 years—the mother of my children—decided to move on. And just recently, I lost my sister.
In that short timeframe, I lost the 3 women that I cared about my whole life.
On top of that, I just about lost all of the companies and real estate that I worked so hard over the last 15 years to build—all in the blink of an eye. Every time I thought I was going to get back up and move on, another bad part would hit me shortly after.

I’ll be honest:
I reached a breaking point. I thought it was over. I wanted to call it quits. But I realized I had to keep moving forward.

It’s been a fight from day one. I grew up poor. I didn't attend school because at the age of 14, I started my first job making $50 a day just to help support my mother and my sister. Then, at the age of 17, I started my first company.

It was extremely hard because I didn't know the basics. I used to carry a little book in my pocket everywhere I went. I would go through that book to find the words I needed, and then I would copy them letter-for-letter onto whatever paper I was writing on at the time. When people asked what I was doing, I would just tell them, "I like to check my words to make sure they are spelt right."
I had to do whatever it took to make it work. It is incredibly hard to try to run and operate companies, manage payroll, and line up contracts when you don't know how to spell on a first-grade level and can barely read on a fourth-grade level.
But I didn't let that hold me back. I had faith. I prayed every night, and God provided a way for me to manage it. I am living proof that if there is a will, there is a way.

I am sharing this not because I want pity or attention. I’m sharing this because I want you to know that you cannot give up.
I learned a valuable lesson: When you think life is hard, it can always get harder. Be grateful and thankful for the situation you are in today, because tomorrow it could be worse. My motivation now is legacy. I want to build an empire to leave behind for my children so that if they ever face catastrophic events like I have, they won't be stuck.

If you don't try, you’ve already failed. If you set your mind to "I can't," then you won't. But if you give it your all until you get it right, anything is possible.
I hope this helps someone today who might be facing unbearable obstacles. I pray this reaches the right person—the one who thinks their life is over and is thinking about giving up. Please know that it is not worth it. Everything will work out. Just keep the faith and keep pushing forward.

STOP RENTING YOUR BUSINESS. 🛑

They don’t teach you this in school, and the "gurus" definitely won't tell you.

When you sign up for Shopify or Wix, you are a tenant. You pay rent ($39/mo + fees) just to exist. If you stop paying, they delete your store.

I built my first company at 17. I learned the hard way: Ownership is everything.
That’s why I’ve spent the last few months building something different.

It’s called The Empire Engine.
✅ It’s a Hybrid E-Commerce App (Website + Mobile App in one).
âś… It has an AI Sales Agent built-in (It writes your ads for you).
âś… It takes payments instantly.
❌ ZERO MONTHLY FEES.

You buy the code. You own the code. You keep the profit.

I’m releasing the source code to the public very soon for a one-time price (less than a pair of Jordans).

Who is tired of renting and ready to own? Drop a "🔥" in the comments if you want the notification when this goes live.

Merry Christmas & Happy New Year to all the hustlers out there. 🥂

They say I was uneducated, but I learned the lessons that matter in the real world. While you’re celebrating your wins this year, take a second to reset your goals for the next one. 2026 is for the people who are willing to do the work.
Celebrate hard, but stay safe out there. We’ve got an empire to build when the sun comes up.

Education isn’t a degree. It’s a mindset.

They told us we needed a piece of paper to be successful. They were wrong.
I learned more about business sweating for $50 a day than most people learn in 4 years of college. The real MBA is found on the job site, in the late nights, and in the mistakes you fix yourself.
If you're starting your week with dirty hands and big dreams, you're in the right place. Let's get to work.
