✨ APPLICATIONS ARE NOW OPEN — GIRLSGIVING 2026! ✨

SHE HAS PURPOSE. 💗

GirlsGiving is a community service and leadership cohort designed to help girls discover the power of serving, mentoring, leading, and making a difference right where they are.

This year, we’re welcoming 15 girls for a meaningful journey centered on service, sisterhood, leadership, mentorship, and community impact.

Throughout the experience, our girls will have opportunities to SERVE • MENTOR • LEAD • IMPACT while learning that purpose grows when we use what we have to help others.

Some of the most important work happens before a program launches, before a meeting is held, and before a grant is awarded.

That’s where strategy comes in.

At Third Voice Strategy, we partner with nonprofits, schools, local governments, churches, and community organizations to design initiatives that are rooted in people, built for impact, and positioned for long-term success.

This page is where I’ll share insights, projects, and lessons from the field as we work to strengthen communities—one strategy at a time.

Rooted in community. Reconnection is the strategy.

Building Third Voice Strategy isn’t just about the work itself. It’s about creating spaces where people feel comfortable enough to speak honestly and be heard.

And that’s exactly what this felt like.

Not just an event—but the start of real conversations, meaningful connections, and something that has the potential to grow into so much more.

If you were in the room, I appreciate you.
If you couldn’t make it, there will be more opportunities to connect.

We’re just getting started.

There’s a reason so many initiatives don’t land the way they’re supposed to.

Last Thursday, at the Third Voice Strategy soft launch, we talked about why.

Not from the surface level—but from what’s actually happening in communities.

We talked about the gap.

The gap between what institutions intend to do…
and what communities actually experience.

On one side, organizations are asking:
“Why isn’t this working?”
“Why aren’t people showing up?”

On the other side, communities are asking:
“Why weren’t we included?”
“Why doesn’t this reflect what we need?”

That disconnect is where engagement breaks down.

And it’s exactly where strategy should begin.

Third Voice Strategy exists to bridge that gap—by creating space for real conversations and turning those insights into clear, actionable direction.

Thank you to everyone who came out and engaged in this conversation.

This work is necessary.
And we’re just getting started.

If you’re leading an initiative and know something isn’t fully connecting—let’s talk.

You don’t have a community problem.
You have a disconnect problem.

Last Thursday, I officially introduced Third Voice Strategy—a firm built to help organizations, leaders, and communities get real about what’s not working… and fix it.

Because too often, decisions are made for people without ever truly hearing from them.

That’s where I come in.

I create spaces for honest conversations—no titles, no pressure, no performative professionalism—just real dialogue that leads to real strategy.

Then I take what’s said, break it down, and turn it into clear, actionable solutions organizations can actually use.

This isn’t guesswork.
This is intentional, people-centered strategy.

If you’re leading a program, initiative, or organization and:
• People aren’t engaging the way you expected
• Your message isn’t landing
• Or something just feels… off

Let’s talk.

I’m currently opening the door for strategy sessions and conversations.

📲 DM me or use the links in my bio to connect.

This is just the beginning.

The Egg Drop was a success—and a clear example of what’s possible when the right voices are in the room.

Thank you to our sponsors, partners, and community members who made this event meaningful.

At Third Voice Strategy, we focus on creating spaces where people feel heard, seen, and included in the process—not just the outcome.

This event grew. And next year, it grows even more.

We’re just getting started.

Recognition is meaningful—but impact is the metric.

Today, our founder was named a One Coast Top 10 Under 40 honoree by the Mississippi Gulf Coast Chamber of Commerce. This moment reflects more than individual achievement—it represents the work being done to rethink how communities, institutions, and systems move together.

Third Voice Strategy was built on a simple belief:
initiatives should work with communities, not around them.

From supporting advocacy efforts to helping organizations design strategies that actually land, this recognition affirms the need for a different approach—one that prioritizes alignment, trust, and long-term impact.

We’re grateful to the Chamber for this honor and to every partner, collaborator, and community member who has trusted us to be part of their work. You are the reason this matters.

This is only the beginning.

A new chapter for Third Voice Strategy is on the horizon—one that expands how we serve, build, and show up in the spaces that need it most.

Stay connected.

Lately, I’ve been thinking a lot about the kind of work I want to be known for.

Not just communications.
Not just engagement.
But work that actually changes how things function.

Over time, I kept seeing the same issue:

Organizations trying to do good work…
But missing the full picture of the communities and systems they’re operating in.

So I decided to build something centered on that.

I’ve officially launched Third Voice Strategy — a firm focused on ecosystem alignment and helping institutions design initiatives that actually work.

This is work I’ve been developing, refining, and thinking through for a while now, and I’m really excited to finally share it.

If you want to follow the journey and see more of the thinking behind it, I’d love for you to connect with the page:

I’m also hosting a soft launch soon if you want to learn more in real time.

Grateful for everyone who’s been part of this process so far 🤍
