Is God really involved in what you’re doing?

A question worth asking in business, leadership, and everyday life. Are we inviting God into what we do, or just asking Him to bless what we’ve already decided?

Another glass company installed these mirrors, but the customer wanted them redone the right way.

We came out, took new measurements, and are getting everything taken care of properly and exactly how it should be.

And when you’re dealing with clients who are busy, they don’t want a lot of hassle — they just want it handled.

That’s what we’re here to do. When the details matter, we make sure the job is done right.

They say the customer is always right… Bobby G agrees😂

Covid Crises was a turning point for Dixie Glass. We had to be innovative due to supply demand and think outside of the box.

What looked like a setback became a turning point that pushed Dixie Glass to grow, adapt, and take the business to another level.

Sometimes the moments that challenge you most are the ones that shape what comes next. 💪

"How do you keep showing up when you're exhausted?"

My honest answer is responsibility doesn't leave much room for it I hate to say it.

I tell our guys all the time that I don't make Dixie Glass great.

🔥The people on our team make it great🔥

My job is to capitalize on every opportunity that comes through the door and set them up for success.

That's 34 people counting on me to be ready.
So I don't treat my energy as an accident. I spend real time protecting it:

✅ Staying mentally sharp
✅ Staying physically strong
✅ Walking in every morning ready to capitalize on what comes through the doors
When you've got responsibility on your plate, you don't get to coast.
You show up.
You follow through.
Every day.
Leaders responsibility is the preparation for the job.

The people you lead deserve the best version of you, not what's left over.

You want out of this season. I get it.

If God fast forwarded you past it, you'd skip everything He's building in you right now.

The grit.
The perspective.
A heart that actually understands other people's pain.
The joy that shows up in the middle of it when you least expect it.
The hard questions about what you've been trusting in.

Hard seasons aren't wasted. They're where the work gets done.

"Suffering produces perseverance; perseverance, character; and character, hope." Romans 5:3-4

Don't rush the chapter. Trust the Author.

Faith Over Fear. Every time. ✝️

Do you ever just stop and think… “How did I get myself into this?”

One decision turns into another, and somehow you’re standing in the middle of something you never expected.

But honestly, sometimes God will take you through things you never would’ve chosen just to show you something you never would’ve learned. Trust the process.
