Hey friends. I promise I’m not trying to make a dramatic-ass exit, but I did want to give you a heads up. I am stepping back from social media and my podcasts for a little while.

I have a few prior obligations that I want/need to fulfill in regards to my book, speaking engagements and an upcoming film. Apart from that I will be absent.

It is imperative that I direct all of my focus at this time to my mental health. I won’t go into detail yet for personal reasons, but essentially my brain is not where it needs to be, and it’s up to me to ensure I take the proper steps to get it back on track.

I know this is crappy news for those of you who tune in to hang out with me every week. It makes me sad to think that some of you might be bummed. I will for sure be missing you too.

The truth is..The money, the press opportunities, the “fame”, growing my following etc— none of it matters right now. My brain is slowly trying to kill me and I can’t “pretend” or “fake it” for the sake of staying relevant on social media. (That sounds rude, I promise I’m not trying to be .)

Instead I am going to focus on giving my future-self the love and attention she needs to survive. I am pouring into my cup so I can have enough to divvy out to others—for however long that takes.

I am sorry, but I hope you understand ❤️ I’m not okay now, but I PROMISE I will be.

It is with more sadness than mere words can convey that we have to report that our beloved Ozzy Osbourne has passed away this morning. He was with his family and surrounded by love.
