🚨 NOW HIRING — ARMED SECURITY OFFICER / DISPATCHER 🚨
TACTICAL FORCE, LLC is currently accepting applications for a combined Armed Security Officer / Dispatcher position on the Mississippi Gulf Coast.
HOURS: 30–40 hours per week
PAY:
• Armed Security Officer: $14–$15/hour
• Dispatcher: $10/hour
REQUIRED — PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING
Applicants MUST:
• Have a current Mississippi Armed Security Guard License
• Have recent security experience within the last 5 years
• Be available to work OVERNIGHT WEEKENDS — REQUIRED
• Have open availability
• Have reliable transportation
• Have a working cell phone
• Pass a mandatory background check
• Pass a mandatory drug screening
• Be dependable, professional, and punctual
• Be tech savvy and comfortable using computers
• Be able to use Microsoft products and learn company software
• Communicate professionally by phone and radio
• Be capable of completing accurate electronic reports
POSITION
This is a combined position. The selected employee will work both armed security and dispatch shifts depending on operational needs.
Armed Security duties include patrols, access control, incident response, radio communications, detailed reporting, enforcing post orders, and providing professional security services to our clients.
Dispatch duties include communicating with officers in the field, conducting radio checks, monitoring operations, documenting incidents and calls, maintaining dispatch records, and communicating important information to supervisors and management.

30-DAY PROBATIONARY PERIOD
All new employees are subject to a 30-day introductory/probationary period. Attendance, punctuality, professionalism, performance, reliability, and compliance with company policies will be closely evaluated.
Serious violations of company policy, attendance requirements, conduct standards, or performance expectations during this period may result in immediate termination of employment, consistent with applicable law.
