So I was looking Up what property taxes are used for considering the fact that our property taxes went up $2,000 a year and ironically one of the things that property taxes are used for is for road maintenance county road maintenance I live in Kaufman county precinct 4 and at the corner where I live there's a stop sign it's at the corner of harbor point road and there's been several accidents there because the ditches are so overgrown you can't even see the stop sign several times I've had to go down there because of an accident pull somebody out of a car that they could have died in so when I called the commissioner which I'm pretty sure is the person who is responsible for allocating funds for such things from our sky high property taxes I was told that they don't maintain this part of the county!

Another thing that are sky high property taxes pay for police a few days ago we had a home invasion at our house at 5:30 in the morning and when 911 was called not a single officer showed up at our house

So I'm wondering if everybody's property tax went up that much money in one single year and for what for a commissioner or whoever to drop a big fancy car and all this stuff I think we really need to pay attention to who we vote for that we would never know who really won because I don't count the votes nor do I know anybody who does

So anybody else who lives in Kaufman county precinct 4 I'm going to pray for you I'm going to pray that you don't lose your house due to these hot property taxes and where do they get the property values who knows and I'm going to pray that you don't have an emergency at your house because all the police and everything that those property taxes pay for you'll never see one if you need one or even call one
